This is so easy to use. Not only does it come with extremely descriptive instructions but all you have to do is turn on the car and plug it in. It scans quickly and if there‘s an issue like ours had it will give a code or codes to what the issues are. Because of its small size it doesn’t take up a lot of space and can be taken just about anywhere. It can also be used to clear the engine codes, with I thought was really cool. I’m still learning when it comes to cars issues, but this has definitely made things a lot easier. And because of that I’m extremely pleased with this purchase!

Works as they should!

There's definitely nothing flashy about this code reader. It's nothing fancy, but better than nothing and can easily be stored in your vehicle for emergencies. Good value if you don't want to put a lot of money into a higher end one.

The quality of the materials seems good and this is easy to use. You just need to plug into the OBD port on your vehicle and hit the appropriate button to start the scan (usually you need to at least have the key on ACC, but sometimes the engine needs to be running). The unit powers up when it's plugged in and it only has four buttons.

It doesn't have a back-lit screen and lots of graphs or that type of thing, but the menus are easy to navigate and the screen is easy to read. It also has a serious of lights to indicate the severity of the problem if there is one. I didn't have any active codes on the vehicles I plugged into so I don't have any feedback on the accuracy.
